By using Us you agree to these terms.

What Us is. A private space for two people to share small moments. You pair with one person by exchanging a code. You must be at least 13.
Your content. What you share stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to your partner so the app can work. We do not use it for anything else.
Be kind and be honest. Do not use Us to harass, threaten or monitor someone, to share content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to share, or to share another person's location without their knowledge. City sharing is always opt-in and either person can turn it off at any time.
Ending things. Either person can unpair at any time. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Availability. We work hard to keep Us reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that notifications and widgets will update instantly. They depend on your phone, your network and your phone maker's battery settings.
No warranty, limited liability. Us is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes. We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before material changes apply.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
